Tato diplomová práce má za cíl provést analýzu aktuálních soudních rozhodnutí v oblasti nekalé soutěže ve vztahu k ochraně spotřebitelů. Začátek práce se zaměřuje na srovnání aktuální úpravy nekalé soutěže s dřívější úpravou obchodního zákoníku a také na definici průměrného spotřebitele.
