Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu problematiky dokumentárního platebního styku se zaměřením na elektronické zpracování dokumentárních plateb pomocí Trade Finance systémů. Úvodní část práce se zaměřuje na obecný výklad platebního styku a na konkrétní formy dokumentárního platebního styku s vymezením jejich právní analýzy, popis jednotlivých vztahů mezi účastníky a průběh celé operace.
