Abstract:

Bakalářská práce za pomoci využití metod finanční analýzy vyhodnocuje ekonomickou situaci společnosti TOMAKO CZ s.r.o., práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a aplikační. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení problematiky finanční analýzy, popsání jejích metod, z jakých dat vychází, jaké informace jsou její výstupy schopny o hodnoceném subjektu poskytnout a kdo je jejich uživatelem. V aplikační části je nejprve představena společnost TOMAKO CZ s.r.o. a v další části jsou popsané metody použity k zhodnocení ekonomické situace dané společnosti. Finanční analýza je rozšířena o zhodnocení bonity podniku za pomocí vybraných bonitních a bankrotních modelů jejichž charakteristiky jsou taktéž obsahem teoretické části, dále je stanovena hodnota EVA v jednotlivých letech a MVA za sledované období. V závěru práce dochází k vyhodnocení výstupů vzešlých z aplikační části a doporučení opatření vedoucích k budoucímu vylepšení finanční situace podniku.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis uses the methods of financial analysis, evaluates the economic situation of TOMAKO CZ s.r.o.. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and application part. The theoretical part is focused on explaining financial analysis issues, describing its methods, what data is it based on, what information are its outputs able to provide to the rated entity and who is their user. In the application section, at first there is introduced the company TOMAKO CZ s.r.o. and in the next part the described methods are used to evaluate the economic situation of the company. The financial analysis is expanded by assessing the creditworthiness of the company using selected bonitous and bankruptcy models, the characteristics of which are also the content of the theoretical part, the value of EVA in individual years and the MVA for the observable oboe. At the end of the thesis, the outputs from the application section are evaluated, and recommendations for measures are going to lead the future improvement of the financial situation of the company.
