Proposal for the prevention of bullying in international companies in the Czech Republic

Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou prevence šikany v mezinárodních firmách v České Republice. Primárním cílem práce je zmapovat a zanalyzovat existující způsoby preventivních opatření ve firmách a porovnat je s osvědčenými postupy, které jsou definované politikou Evropské unii (dal EU) a České Republiky. V teoretické části se popisují pojmy mobbing a šikana na pracovišti, jejich průběh, jednotlivé příčiny, účastníci, možné důsledky a jejich prevenci. Dále se také pokouší stanovit příslušná hodnotící kritéria pro politiku prevence šikany podle metodických návrhů EU. Hlavním bodem empirické části je analýza sociální odpovědnosti podniků (dále CSR) a jak se v jejím rámci formuje politika vylučující mobbing a její srovnaní s politikou prevence šikany na pracovišti EU a České Republiky. Práce zkoumá, do jaké míry se liší prevence mobbingu a šikany v rámci.CSR u třech náhodně vybraných firem v České Republice a jak se v podnikových dokumentech zohledňuje politika EU v této oblasti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of prevention of bullying in international companies in the Czech Republic. The primary objective of the thesis is to map and analyse the existing ways of preventive measures in companies and to compare them with the best practices defined by the European Union (EU) and the Czech Republic policies. The theoretical part describes the concepts of mobbing and bullying in the workplace, their course, individual causes, participants, possible consequences and their prevention. It also seeks to set appropriate rating criteria for bullying prevention policy in line with EU methodological proposals. The main point of the empirical part is the analysis of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and how it forms a policy that excludes mobbing and its comparison with the bullying prevention policy at the EU and the Czech Republic. The Work examines the extent to which the prevention of mobbing and bullying within the CSR in three randomly selected companies in the Czech Republic and how EU policy in this area is taken into account in business documents.
