Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Teoretické možnosti a praxe při komunikaci obecního rozpočtu s obyvateli vybraných obcí“ je zjištění možných způsobů komunikace, které má obec k dispozici, a porovnání se zavedenou praxí užívání komunikace ve vybraných obcích. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se dělí do tří kapitol, ve kterých je popsána pozice obce při komunikaci s obyvateli, hospodaření obce s důrazem na obecní rozpočet a možné způsoby komunikace obce s obyvateli. Praktickou část tvoří jedna kapitola, která se zabývá dotazníkovým šetřením a analýzou jeho výsledků.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis: “Theoretical and practical possibilities for communication municipal budget with municipality residents” is to identify possible ways of municipal communication and its comparison with established practice in selected municipalities. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of three chapters in which are described the position of the municipality in communication with their residents, municipal financial management with an emphasis on the municipal budget and possible ways of communication with the inhabitants. The practical part is formed of one chapter, which deals with the questionnaire survey and analysis of its results.
