Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Vnitrofiremní komunikace mezi zaměstnanci a zaměstnavateli je rozčleněna na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Na začátku teoretické části jsou vymezena teoretická východiska komunikace. Druhá kapitola popisuje faktory, které ovlivňují efektivitu interní komunikace. Následuje nejrozšířenější kapitola, která se zabývá charakteristikou vnitrofiremní komunikace. Závěr teoretické části se zaměřuje na řízení lidí v organizaci, především komunikaci mezi vedením a zaměstnanci. Záměrem praktické části je pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjistit, jakým způsobem je realizována vnitrofiremní komunikace ve firemním prostředí.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis entitled Internal communication between employees and the employer is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The beginning of the theoretical part is dedicated to theoretical bases of communication. The second chapter describes the factors that influence the effectiveness of internal communication. The following chapter, which is the largest one, deals with the characteristic of internal communication. The conclusion of the theoretical part focuses on managing people in an organization, especially communication between the management and the employees. The aim of the practical part is to find out using the survey how the company internal communication is implemented in the company environment.
