Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit motivy uchazečů ke studiu učitelství 1. stupně ZŠ a parametry přijímacích procedur studia učitelství 1. stupně ZŠ. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část.
