Německo bylo, je a bude přistěhovaleckou zemí, ale o azylové politice hovoříme až od jeho znovusjednocení v roce 1990. Země, která přistěhovalce potřebovala, s nimi naopak celé 21. století bojovala s obavou z jejich negativních vlivů na ekonomiku a společnost. Germany was, is and will be an immigration country. We talk about an asylum policy since the reunification of Germany in 1990. Germany needed immigrants during the whole 21st century, on the other hand struggled with fear of their negative impacts on the economy and society.
