Nitrogen compounds in basidiocarps
Abstract:
Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo sledovat aminokyselinové složení vybraných druhů basidiomycet. Převažujícími aminokyselinami byli u plodnic basidiomycet kyselina glutamová a asparagová. Dále se práce zabývá schopností jednotlivých druhů basidiomycet kumulovat toxické prvky, tato vlastnost se nejvíce projevila u rodu Lycoperdon.
Abstract:
The objective of my thesis was to monitor amino acid composition of selected species basidiocarp. The predominant amino acids were in fructification basidiomycet glutamic acid and aspartic acid. Further, the work is engaged with the ability of each species basidiocarp accumulate toxic elements, this feature is most apparent in the genus Lycoperdon.
