The Significance of EURES in Removing Barriers of International Labour Mobility

Abstract:

V mé bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na Evropské služby zaměstnanosti (EURES), jejichž hlavní úkol je podporovat mobilitu v Evropské unii.Jako hlavní cíl jsem si zde stanovila odpovědět na otázku ?Jak pomáhají služby EURES překonávat bariéry mezinárodní pracovní mobility??V první kapitole se zabývám pojmy migrace a mobilita. Vysvětluji migrační přístupy a také jmenuji hlavní faktory a bariéry migrace.V další části je popsán volný pohyb pracovníků v EU a legislativa, o kterou je volný pohyb osob v EU opírán.Stěžejní kapitolou je představení Evropských služeb zaměstnanosti, programových dokumentů EURES, organizační struktury, cílů a služeb, které EURES nabízí. Jako poslední se zmiňuji v této kapitole o klientech EURES a také jaký je zájem o tyto služby.Na teoretickou část navazuje empirická část. Ke zjištění potřebných výsledků došlo prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů s EURES poradci.Práce je zakončena analýzou a interpretací bariér, se kterými se klienti EURES setkávají a které EURES pomáhá překonat

Abstract:

In my bachelor work I am focusing on the EURopean Employment Services (EURES) which are responsible for the support of the European Union mobility.The main point of my work is answering the question: How can the EURES services help to overcome the international work mobility barriers? In the first chapter I am considering the aspects such as migration and mobility. I am explaining the migration approaches and naming the main factors, migration barriers and development of European migration.In the next chapter is described the free movement of EU workers and legislative, on which is based the free movement of the EU workers.The central point is the introduction of the European employment services, EURES program files, organization structure, goals and services, that can EURES offer. As last point in this chapter I am considering the EURES clients and their concern about these services.On the theoretical part follows the emipirical one. To find out the needed results I got to ask the EURES consultants and also I had to send the questionnaires. My bachelor work is finished with barrirers analysis and their interpretation which are met with the EURES clients and which EURES helps to overcome.
