Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou získávání nových a udržováním stávajících zaměstnanců na pozici řidič ve společnosti Psota Transport s.r.o. Práce též obsahuje analýzu současného stavu, na kterou navazují návrhy a zhodnocení dalších možností pro dosažení cíle společnosti.
Abstract:
The work focuses on the issues of recruitment and stabilization of employees in the position of drivers at PSOTA transport s. r. o. The work also includes the analysis of the current situation, that is followed by suggestions and the evaluation of other options for achieving the goals of the company.
