Abstract:
Cílem této práce je vysvětlit etické problémy spojené s oddlužením. Na základě popisu oddlužení občanů v České republice problematizuji spravedlnost odpouštění dluhů dlužníků s nepoctivými záměry a nepoctivou minulostí. Insolvenční zákon oddluží dlužníky, kteří jsou schopni zaplatit 30% výše svých dluhů. Sociálně slabí jedinci nebudou oddluženi i přesto, že jejich dluhy jsou vysoké. Insolvenční zákon …more
Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to explain the ethical problems associated with the discharge of debts. Based on the description of discharge of debt relief to citizens in Czech Republic, I problematize debt relief to debtors with dishonest intentions and dishonrable past.
