Seniors' satisfaction with social services provided in the retirement home

Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení spokojenosti seniorů s poskytovanou sociální službou v domově pro seniory. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice stáří a stárnutí, definuje pojem stáří, spokojenost a změny, které stáří doprovází. Dále se zaměřuje na téma kvalita a standardy kvality sociálních služeb. V praktické části je popsána metodika výzkumu a interpretace výsledků, které byly zjištěny na základě kvantitativního výzkumu. Data byla zpracována a vyhodnocována do závěrečné části prostřednictvím grafů a tabulek s využitím popisné statistiky. V závěru je diskuse věnovaná srovnávání výsledků průzkumu s odbornou literaturou.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focusing on the evaluation of seniors' satisfaction with the social services provided in the retirement home. It is divided into theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the issue of old age and aging, defines the concept of old age, satisfaction and the changes in old age. It also defines the concept of quality and quality standards of social services. The practical part describes the research methodology and interpretation of results that were found by quantitative research. The data were processed and evaluated in the final part by means of graphs and tables using descriptive statistics. Finally, there is a discussion devoted to comparing the results of the survey with the literature.
