A Comparison of English and Czech Nursery Rhymes and their Origin
Abstract:
Cílem mé diplomové práce je porovnat česká a anglická říkadla. V úvodu se zabývám důvody proč jsem si vybrala tuto práci a uvádím definice slova "Nursery rhymes". V druhé sekci se zabývám folklórem. Zvlášť českým a anglickým a porovnávám je. Mluvím také o historii a obsahu anglických a českých říkadel.
Abstract:
The aim of my thesis is to compare English and Czech nursery rhymes their origin, usage and purpose. In the introductory I explain why I have chosen this topic, write definitions of the term "nursery rhymes". In the second section I talk about folklore and compare English and Czech folklore. I talk about history of nursery rhymes and about their content.
