Fluctuation of employees in the company Crystalex CZ, s. r. o.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problém týkající se fluktuace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Crystalex CZ s. r. o. Cílem práce je zjistit příčiny fluktuace zaměstnanců a určit, které z nich jsou jako příčina fluktuace stěžejní. Příčiny byly zjišťovány pomocí dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru s personalistou společnosti. V první části práce jsou uvedeny teoretické znalosti týkající se fluktuace zaměstnanců. Dále je zde představena společnost a její složení. Ve druhé části je řešena otázka příčin fluktuace. Po provedeném šetření byla navrhnuta opatření, která by pomohla eliminovat míru fluktuace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Crystalex CZ s. r. o. a pomohla tak zlepšit dosavadní situaci.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the problem of the employee turnover fluctuation in the company Crystalex CZ s. r. o. The aim of the thesis is to find the causes of employees fluctuation and to determine which of them are the main causes of fluctuation. The causes were determined through a questionnaire survey and an interview with the company´s personnel. In the first part of the thesis are presented the theoretical knowledge regarding employees turnover. The company and ist structure are also presented here. After the survey, were proposed measures which would help eliminate turnover rete in the company Crystalex CZ s. r. o. and would help to improve the current situation.
