Cílem práce je provést analýzu stávající organizační struktury podniku, její silné a slabé části. V teoretické části budou analyzovány nejčastěji využívané formy organizačního uspořádání podniku. The aim is to analyze the current organizational structure of the company, its strong and weak parts. The theoretical part will be analyzed most frequently used forms of company structure.
