Unionism and its influence upon the labour relations
Abstract:
Ve své práci se zabývám vznikem a vývojem odborového hnutí a jeho vlivem na pracovně právní vztahy. Jedinými legitimními zástupci všech zaměstnanců v pracovně právních vztazích jsou odborové organizace, založené s cílem prosazovat jejich pracovní, sociální, hospodářské, politické a jiné zájmy. Těžiště jejich působení spočívá v uzavírání kolektivních smluv.

As far as my work in concerned, I'm engaged in the birth and the progression of the labour movement and it's legal relationship influence.The only legal deputies of the the whole empolees In the legal relationship are the labour organizations founded, to assert their working, social, economic, political and other interests.The focus of their activity consists in the deduction of the collective contracts …more
