Tato diplomová práce se zabývá popisem povrchových a elektrokinetických vlastností vybraných mikrobiálních systémů, které jsou přítomny v produktech mlékárenského průmyslu. Tyto mikroorganismy jsou Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus a Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus. Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on description of the surface and electrokonetic properties of selected bacterial strains which are present in milk industry products. These microorganisms are Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus and Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus.
