This thesis deals with creating a project to increase an efficiency of hotel management using dynamic simulations. The thesis is divided into three parts; theoretical part, practical part, and project. The subject of the theoretical part is a summary of modern hotel management knowledge including its attributes, and contains a summary of analytical methods, too.
