Legal Liability for Damage in the Provision of Health Care
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je odpovědět na otázky, do jaké míry zajistí preventivní opatření nastavené ve zdravotnickém zařízení předejití újmě na zdraví pacienta při poskytování zdravotní péče. Jakým způsobem zajistit informovanost personálu a pacientů. Metody zvolené pro mou diplomovou práci jsou výzkumné kvantitativní s použitím analýzy, syntézy, dedukce a indukce.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to answer the questions of how much preventive measures set in the healthcare facility can eliminate damage to the patient's health in provision of medical care. How to ensure awareness of the staff and the patients. The methods chosen for the thesis are research quantitative methods with the application of analysis, synthesis, deduction and induction.
