Srovnání náplně práce asistenta režie a produkce v divadelním provozu

Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na definici pozic produkce a asistenta režie a zkoumáním náplně jejich práce. Výzkum zahrnoval rozhovory s respondentkami pracujícími na obou pozicích, studium relevantní literatury a akademických zdrojů. Získané informace jsou porovnány a vyhodnoceny podle stanovených výzkumných otázek.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on defining the positions of producer and assistant director and examining their job descriptions. The research includes interviews with respondents working in both positions, study of relevant literature and academic sources. The information gathered is compared and evaluated according to the research questions set.
