Tato diplomová práce se zabývá systémem hodnocení zaměstnanců jako významnou součástí personálního řízení firmy. Teoretická část je rozdělena do třech kapitol, přičemž první je věnována definování pracovního výkonu a tomu, jaký vliv na jeho kvalitu má osobnost pracovníka nebo pracovní skupina.
