Diplomová práce zkoumá meze chování státu při mimořádných situacích, směrem ke svým občanům. Abstract:
This thesis examines the boundaries of states´s conduct in emergency situations to its citizens. It is focused on the definition of basic attributes of emergency situations and human rights, examining its relationship.
