Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zavádění procesního řízení v IT ve středně velké bance. V první části vysvětluje, co jsou to procesy a procesní řízení. Popisuje normy a standardy v oblasti procesního řízení v IT. This thesis focuses on the implementation of the IT process management in mid-size bank. In the first part it explains what processes and process management are and further describes standards of process management in the IT area.
