Teaching critical thinking on the example of Russian-Ukrainian relations

Abstract:

Primárním cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření výukových materiálů na téma rusko ukrajinských vztahů, které jsou zaměřeny na kritické hodnocení informací, práci s internetem a mediálním zdrojem. Tyto lekce tvoří praktickou část práce. Dílčími cíli, které tvoří teoretickou část, je shrnutí stavu mediální výchovy v českých školách, rešerše dostupných výukových materiálů této problematiky a nastínění pilířů rusko-ukrajinských vztahů. Výstupem této diplomové práce jsou výukové lekce, které učitelé můžou použít během výuky mediální výchovy. Součástí jsou také metodiky, které slouží jako návod pro učitele, kteří do své výuky chtějí využít tyto lekce.

Abstract:

The primary goal of this thesis is to create teaching materials on Russian-Ukrainian relations that focus on critical evaluation of information, working with the Internet and media sources. These lessons form a practical part of the thesis. The sub-objectives that make up a theoretical part are a summary of the state of media education in Czech schools, a research of available teaching materials on the subject and an outline of the pillars of Russian Ukrainian relations. The output of this thesis is teaching lessons that teachers can use during media education lessons. The methods that serve as a guideline for teachers using them in lessons are also included.
