Diplomová práce se zabývá volnočasovými aktivitami seniorů. Začátek práce je zaměřen na vysvětlení pojmů: stáří, stárnutí a senior. V další kapitole jsou podrobněji popsány změny ve stáří. Poslední kapitola se přímo orientuje na volný čas seniorů – jaké možnosti volnočasových aktivit mají senioři, kteří bydlí v domácím prostředí a ti, kteří žijí v domovech pro seniory. I wrote my diploma thesis on the free time activities of seniors. I start by explaining the concepts of ageing and being a senior member of the community.
