Cieľom tejto práce bolo zistiť spokojnosť zákazníkov firmy Mikona, s.r.o. prostredníctvom telefonického dotazníkového šetrenia a navrhnúť doporučenia vedúce k vyššej spokojnosti zákazníkov. V teoretickej časti som spracovala poznatky týkajúce sa spokojnosti zákazníkov. The aim of this bachelor´s work was find out customer satisfaction with the company Mi-kona, Ltd throuhg questionnaire inquiry by the telephone and suggest recommendation lea-ding to higher satisfaction of customers.
