Abstract:
Rigorózní práce se zabývá zákazem diskriminace a pracovními podmínkami žen jak v prostředí Evropské unie, tak obecně v mezinárodním prostředí a v rámci právní úpravy České republiky. Právní předpisy zaručují ženám zvýšenou ochranu v pracovněprávních vztazích v konkrétních fázích života spojených s těhotenstvím a péčí o děti (zde jsou totožná práva garantována i mužům). The thesis deals with non-discrimination and women’s working conditions in both the European Union's and the international environment and in the legislation of the Czech Republic. The legislation ensures greater protection of women in labour relations in specific stages of life associated with pregnancy and childcare (the same rights are guaranteed to male employees).
