Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice syndromu vyhoření v manažerské praxi. Celá práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části je téma práce teoreticky vysvětleno, definován je nejen syndrom vyhoření, ale také práce manažera, jeho role, rozvoj a schopnosti.
