Práce se zabývá zadáváním veřejných zakázek, konkrétně transpozicí evropských předpisů do našeho právního systému. Hlavní část práce tvoří popis procesu zadávání veřejných zakázek v otevřeném řízení, se zaměřením na praktické problémy a jejich řešení
Abstract:
This thesis deals with award of public contracts, specifically with the transposition of European rules into our legal system. The main part of the thesis is a description of award of public contracts process in an open procedure, with a focus on practical problems and their solutions
