Práce se zabývá problematikou edukace pacientů ORL pomocí informačních map pé-če. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. The goal of the thesis is to analyze the problems of education of the ENT patients with the help of the informational treatment charts. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical.
