Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce „Evropský dohled nad finančním trhem“ je vymezit Evropský právní rámec dohledu nad finančním trhem a charakterizovat zásadní problémy a nedostatky provázející současný systém. Pozornost je věnována Evropskému systému dohledu nad finančním trhem, především postavení a pravomocím evropských orgánů dohledu. Zohledněn je rovněž současný rozvoj právního rámce dohledu. Dále je věnována pozornost efektivitě dohledu a regulatorních opatření, především v souvislosti s problematikou regulatorních arbitráží, a postoji České národní banky v evropském rámci dohledu.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis „European Financial Market Supervision“ is to define the European legal framework of financial market supervision and to characterize fundamental problems and shortcomings of the current system. Attention is also paid to the European system of financial supervision, especially to the positon and powers of the European supervisory authorities. Additionally, the current development of the legal framework of the supervision is also taken into account. Furthermore, attention is paid to the effectiveness of supervision and regulatory measures, primarily in relation to the issue of regulatory arbitrage, and to the position of the Czech National Bank in the European framework of the supervision.
