Protection of the Area during Investment Development
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá územní ochranou. Nejprve rozebírá územní ochranu v rámci zákona 183/2006 Sb., o územním plánování a stavebním řádu. Dále se věnuje nástrojům obecné územní ochrany v rámci zákona 114/1992 Sb. o přírodě a krajině: územním systémem ekologické stability, významnými krajinnými prvky, krajinným rázem, přírodními parky a přechodně chráněnými plochami.
Abstract:
This thesis endeavours to present information about the area protection. At first it deals with the 183/2006 statute on landscape planning and building regulations which provides the framework for the protection at special statutes level.
