Abstract:
Práce se zabývá návrhem zlepšení spolupráce největší české poštovní společnosti Česká pošta, s.p. s významným segmentem jejích obchodních zájmů, s VIP zákazníky. Sílící konkurenční prostředí vyžaduje řízení vztahu se zákazníkem pomocí komplexní péče, kterou představuje systém CRM.
