Cílem mé práce je seznámit čtenáře s významem jakosti jako nástrojem rozvoje podnikové kultury, ekonomického růstu a zájmu o požadavky zákazníků. Pokusil jsem se seznámit čtenáře se způsobem jak vytvořit a zavést ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 do podniků průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to give information about the importance of quality which is an instrument of development of company culture, economic growth and interest in customer{\crq}s requirements.
