The evaluation of the activity of the deep stabilization system of the spine among gym visitors.

Abstract:

V této diplomové práci jsme se zabývali zhodnocením míry aktivity hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře (HSSP) u návštěvníků posiloven. V první části práce jsou uvedena teoretická východiska námi vytyčené problematiky. Definovány jsou zde základní pojmy, které jsou úzce spojeny s HSSP, dysfunkce HSSP, vertebrogenní syndrom, diagnostika hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře a jeho vztah k pohybu. Část teorie dále charakterizuje pohybový aparát, silové cvičení a jeho možné kompenzace. Obsahem výzkumné části jsou zpracované výsledky hodnocení míry aktivace hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře vybraných skupin zaměřených na silové cvičení. Ve vazbě na hluboký stabilizační systém zjišťuje rozdíly mezi jedinci cvičící déle či méně jak 5 let, zjišťuje cílenou aktivaci HSSP během cvičení a zahrnování či nezahrnování doplňkových pohybových aktivity. Poslední část je věnována diskuzi a závěru, která slouží ke zhodnocení výzkumu.

Abstract:

In this diploma thesis we looked into the evaluation of the activity of the deep stabilization system of the spine (HSSP). The subject of the study was visitors in the gym. In the first part of the thesis the theoretical solutions to the problems are presented. Basic terminology, that is closely related to HSSP, dysfunction of HSSP, vertebrogenic syndrome, diagnosis of the deep stabilization system of the spine and its relation to movement, is defined. The theoretical part further describes motion apparatus, force exercises and its possible compensation. The research part reveals the processed results of evaluation of the extent of activation of the deep stabilization system of the spine. These results are related to the selected groups focused on power exercises. Depending on the deep stabilization system, it detects differences between individuals practicing for longer or less than 5 years, identifying aimed activation of HSSP during exercise and inclusion or exclusion of complementary movement activity. The last part is devoted to the discussion and the conclusion that is used to evaluate the research.
