Diplomová práce se zabývá programem UNESCO Vzdělání pro všechny, jehož cílem je zvýšit gramotnost v méně rozvinutých zemích. Práce se zaměřuje na univerzální primární vzdělávání (UPE) a jeho realizaci ve dvou vybraných zemích subsaharské Afriky (Tanzanie a Namibie). This thesis work deals with the UNESCO’s program called Education for All, which its objective is to increase the level of literacy in developing countries. The work focuses on the universal primary education (UPE) and its realization in two selected countries of sub-Saharan Africa (Tanzania and Namibia).
