Cílem diplomové práce je deskripce jednoho z možných postupů k řešení konfliktů žáků ve třídách a školách, peer mediace. V teoretické části je pozornost věnována konceptu peer mediace, jeho možnostem, limitům a současnému uplatnění. The aim of this thesis is to describe one of the possible processes of solving conflicts amongst students in classrooms and schools, the peer mediation. In the theoretical part the thesis is focused on the concept of peer mediation, the possibilities, limits and current application.
