Abstract:

Práce se věnuje naději v knize Tomáše Halíka Stromu zbývá naděje a taktéž naději v knize Jana Sokola Naděje na neděli. Pro představu v práci porovnávám rozdíl vnímání naděje ještě u dalších autorů. Následuje zhodnocení vnímání naděje jednotlivými autory, zda je v souladu s tím, jak ji vnímají v praxi pracovníci Diakonie na pracovišti následné péče Dobroduš. Jde zde především o fakt, jak naděje z křesťanského pohledu vypadá a následně srovnat s tím, jak s ní pracují sociální pracovníci a peer konzultant v Dobroduši. Zároveň, jak vnímají pojem naděje sami klienti, kde ji nalézají, jak s ní pracují a co vlastně sami od služby čekají, když do ní přichází? Jak to cítí sociální pracovníci, jak vnímají naději v osobním, tak profesním životě, a hlavně, jak jsou schopny akceptovat, že pracují v organizaci, která má jednu ze 4 základních hodnot naději? V práci jsem došel induktivním výčtem odpovědí k faktu, že přesto, že pracovníci Dobroduše nejsou věřící, pracují s nadějí tak, aby mohli pomáhat potřebným klientům a věřit, že to dává smysl jak jim, tak jejich klientům. O křesťanské naději v pravém slova smyslu na život věčný se ale při vyhodnocování mluvit nedá. Ani se s klienty na toto téma při konzultacích běžně nebaví.

Abstract:

The work focuses on hope in Tomáš Halík's book The Tree of Hope and also on hope in Jan Sokol's book Hope for Sunday. The thesis compares the difference in the perception of hope in other authors. The following is an evaluation of the perception of hope by each author, whether it is in line with the perception of the Diakonia workers at the Dobroduš aftercare centre. This is primarily about what hope looks like from a Christian perspective and then comparing it with how the social workers and peer counsellor at Dobroduš work with it. At the same time how the clients themselves perceive the concept of hope, where they find it, how they work with it and what they actually expect from the service when they come to it. How social workers feel about it, how they perceive hope in their personal and professional lives, and most importantly, how they are able to accept that they work in an organisation that has one of the 4 core values of hope. In this thesis, I arrived at the fact by inductively listing the responses that although the workers at Dobroduš are not religious, they work with hope so that they can help clients in need and believe that it makes sense to both them and their clients. However, there is no talk of Christian hope in the true sense of eternal life in the evaluation. Nor is this topic commonly discussed with clients in counseling.
