Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a otázkou specifik v motivační struktuře vybrané skupiny jedinců v ústavní výchově, kteří jsou v současné době umístěni v dětském domově a dětském domově se školou. The thesis analyses and discusses specific issues in the motivational structure of selected individuals, who are currently staying in a children's home or children's home with school. The work aims to offer recommendations for practice of social pedagogy focused on this group of children in institutional care.
