Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu na založení podniku v oblasti kamionové autodopravy. Práce je členěna do dvou samostatných částí. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů, strategií vstupu na trh a také problematikou podnikatelského plánu. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for the starting company in the field of truck transport. The thesis is divided into two separate parts.
