Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována analýze principů a metod motivace pracovníků v organizacích. Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě zjištěných chyb a nedostatků v současném motivačním systému společnosti Finance Investment navrhnout dílčí a strategická doporučení pro nastavení funkčních motivačních mechanismů v tomto podniku.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of the principles and methods of motivation workers in organizations. The aim of the thesis is based on the detected errors and deficiencies in the current motivational system in Finance Investment Company to propose partial and strategic recommendations for setting up functional mechanisms of motivation in this company.
