Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je představit problematiku překladu textu z oblasti medicíny. Původní text byl vybrán z odborného časopisu The Journal of American Medical Association, na téma Chirurgická léčba komplikací akutního infarktu myokardu, a je součástí práce jako příloha.
