Tato práce je zaměřena na analýzu polyfenolických látek ve vybraných vzorcích superpotravin. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány analyzované superpotraviny (borůvky, med, quinoa, stévie, zázvor), další kapitoly jsou věnovány extrakčním technikám, kapalinové chromatografii a konkrétním aplikacím analýzy superpotravin zkoumaných v této práci. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the analysis of polyphenolic compounds in the selected samples of superfoods. In the theoretical part analyzed superfoods (blueberries, honey, quinoa, stevia, ginger) are characterized, next chapters are devoted to the extraction techniques, liquid chromatography and specific applications of superfoods' analysis.
