Tématem mé práce je způsobilost nezletilého k právním jednáním. Jedná se o institut, jež s účinností Nového občanského zákoníku prošel určitými změnami. Tato práce tedy pojednává o změnách, co se týče způsobilosti k právním jednáním, a dále se věnuje pozornost rodičovské odpovědnosti, jež je s touto problematikou úzce spojena a prošla také změnami. The topic of my diploma thesis is the legal capacity of the minor child. It is an institute, which has been changed with New civil code coming into effect. This thesis deals with the changes regarding the legal capacity and parental responsibilities that are narrowly interconnected with each other.
