Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlastnostmi kmenových buněk, což jsou buňky s jedinečnou schopností dělit se a přeměňovat se na jiný buněčný typ. Hlavní část této práce se věnuje popisu niche kmenových buněk, což je tkáňově specifické prostředí, ve kterém se kmenové buňky nacházejí. This thesis deals with the properties of stem cells, which are cells with the unique ability to divide and transform into another cell type. The main part of this work describes stem cells niche, which is tissue-specific environment in which stem cells are located. This environment is essential for the proper functioning of stem cells.
