Práce je zaměřena na porovnání ochrany vlastnického práva ve starém Římě a ochrany vlastnického práva v právním systému České republiky.
Abstract:
This work is focused on comparing the protection of the right of property in ancient Rome and the protection of the right of property today in legal system of Czech Republic.
