Předkládaná bakalářská práce je vstupním protokolem studia komplexů aminopurinů s jednomocnou mědí pomocí spektrálních metod. UV-Vis a fluorescenční spektrální charakteristika vybraných aminopurinů (adenin, 2 aminopurin a 2,6 - diaminopurin) poskytla možnost stanovení jejich molárních absorpčních koeficientů, izosbestického bodu a míru fluorescence v závislosti na pH. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis submits an input protocol for the study of complexes of aminopurins and monovalent copper using spectral methods. UV-Vis and fluorescence spectral characteristics of selected aminopurines (adenine, 2-aminopurine and 2,6-diaminopurine) provided the possibility of determination of their molar absorption coefficients, isosbestic points and the intensity of fluorescence emission.
