Abstract:
Absolventská práce na téma „Problematika manželství a registrovaného partnerství“ je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku manželství a registrovaného partnerství. Vznik, zánik, práva a povinnosti těchto dvou institucí. Praktická část uvádí výsledky výzkumu, který se zabývá informovaností obyvatelstva o této problematice.
Abstract:
The thesis covering the "Problems of marriage and registered partnership" is split into the theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focused on the marriage and registered partnership. The creation, liquidation, rights and responsibilities of these two institutions. The practical part presents the results of research that deals with awareness of the population on this issue.
