Abstract:
V teoretické části se bakalářská práce zabývá druhy vad a poruch stavebních objektů. Popisuje a analyzuje základní souvislosti mezi vadami a poruchami staveb a jejich oceněním. V praktické části se práce zabývá tržním oceněním bytu a administrativní budovy. V analytické části je práce zaměřena na trh s nemovitostmi v okrese Louny.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the kinds of defects and failures of buildings in the theoretical part. It describes and analyzes the fundamental connection between defects and building failures and their valuation. The practical part of the thesis deals with the market value of the apartment and office buildings. The analytical part of the work is focused on the real estate market in the district.
